Introduction to the Facility:

The facility consists of 1.5 groups for children aged 3 to 6 years, who are cared for according to the Infans concept with an open approach, offering a total of 37 kindergarten places.

Overview of Care Models:

• Regular Care: Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 12:15 PM, in the afternoon from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (except Fridays).
• Extended Hours (VÖ Care): Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Full-Day Care: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, on Fridays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Special Features:

• SBS: The language support program SBS (Singing, Moving, Speaking) is offered to support and promote the language development of individual children. An external specialist conducts the SBS session together with an educator from the facility.

Daily Schedule

Die Kinder können zwischen 7:00 und 9:00 Uhr in die Einrichtung gebracht werden. Unser Tag beginnt für die Kinder mit einer ausgiebigen Freispielzeit. Um 9:45 Uhr läutet ein Gong das Ende der Freispielzeit und den Beginn der Aufräumzeit ein. Anschließend versammeln sich die Kinder zum Morgenkreis. Danach wird in drei Altersgruppen (Kleine, Mittlere, Große) gemeinsam vespert. Unsere Vorschulkinder übernehmen dabei verschiedene Dienste, was bedeutet, dass sie den Vespertisch eigenständig decken und wieder aufräumen.

Nach dem Vesper finden mittwochs und donnerstags altersgerechte Angebote in den jeweiligen Altersgruppen statt. Täglich sind wir an der frischen Luft – sei es im Garten, auf dem Spielplatz oder bei einem Spaziergang.

Um 12:00 Uhr werden die Regelkinder abgeholt. Die Kinder in der VÖ-Betreuung erhalten einen kleinen Snack, zum Beispiel Obst, während die Ganztageskinder in die Küche zum Mittagessen gehen.

Für die Ganztageskinder kochen wir von Montag bis Donnerstag selbst. Die warmen Mahlzeiten werden frisch und vor Ort mit regionalen Produkten zubereitet. Nach dem Mittagessen folgt eine Ruhephase, bevor es mit der Freispielzeit weitergeht. Am Nachmittag wird erneut ein kleiner Vesper-Snack angeboten.

Our facility is surrounded by a large, adventurous garden with two levels. Thanks to our ideal location near a stream, forest, and playground, the children have the opportunity to gather diverse and holistic experiences in nature. At the same time, the outdoor areas offer many opportunities for physical activity.

We place great emphasis on going outside with the children every day, and we offer them ample space for self-expression through our long free play, which lasts until snack time.

Teamwork with school

Cooperation:
We have a long-standing and successful partnership with Eschachschule Stetten. The cooperating teacher regularly visits our facility to work with the preschool children. Throughout the year, special activities are offered for the older children.

Projects

In the kindergarden, we already started the theme of "Stories by Astrid Lindgren" during the Advent season. As part of an Advent calendar, each door revealed a corresponding story, ranging from "Pippi Longstocking" to "Karlsson-on-the-Roof." During Carnival (Fasnet), we will continue with the theme of "Pippi Longstocking" and create a large project around it together with the children. This theme will accompany us throughout the entire kindergarten year.
