Current information

Introduction/specifics

Basics

We signal to every child: "Just as you are, you are welcome".

  •     Our "tools" of open work are "action research" and the philosophy of "making the child a rose".
  •     Our content work is determined by the guiding idea of development and education.
  •     Our attitude is oriented towards more autonomy and self-organization in learning and development processes.
  •     We provide generous play areas and workshops.
  •     The areas are challenging and allow for individual learning.
  •     The children assume responsibility and are involved in decision-making (participation).
  •     The children have regular opportunities to participate in life-enhancing activities, such as judo, chess and the kindergarten choir.
  •     Free play/free work is possible throughout the house and outdoors.
  •    Twice a week, we provide a full breakfast buffet for the children.
  •    Each staff member is responsible for one of the workshops or a playroom and sees herself as a specialist for this area.
  •     Each staff member knows each child.

We see the regular meetings of the staff as the basis for good teamwork and thus for the work with the children.
