Basics
The Littel daycare center works on the basis of the Lower Saxony Education Plan. Together with the families, we take responsibility for the positive and healthy development of children. In our daily pedagogical work, we want to create opportunities for experience and learning and diverse educational opportunities for the further development of the children. We accompany and support them to become independent, self-confident and autonomous adults who can integrate into the social environment.
In order to work pedagogically in a planned and comprehensible way, we document our work through photos, videos and the posting of the pedagogical objective of each project. In this way, the parents can see and understand it at any time.
Our common goal is to let the children mature into personalities who are aware of their uniqueness and can live together in an appreciative atmosphere.
Children develop in a self-determined way through their own efforts by actively engaging with their environment. They are curious, eager to experiment and to learn.
We adults therefore see ourselves as developmental companions and offer the children support and help with orientation. We see our facility as a protected space in which the children can develop their individual development.

We know that all children are endowed with imagination and creativity. They learn how to develop solutions, ways and strategies for certain situations by trying them out. With us, they are allowed to try things out in a protected environment. The children's imagination enables them to find creative solutions. To do this, they need support, freedom and positive role models. In our daycare center, the children find exactly this situation in our prepared environment, pedagogical offers and projects.
Only in an atmosphere of security, safety, appreciation and acceptance, children find the basic conditions to develop positively!
