30 hours per week (VÖ):

Mo - Fr           7:00 am - 13:00 pm

35 hours per week (VÖ):

Mo - Fr                 7:00 am - 2:00 pm

40 hours per week (GT):

Mo, Mi, Fr           7:00 am - 2:00 pm

Di + Do                 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

The kindergarten St. Verena has existed for 50 years and is one of the first kindergartens in Wangen. Thus, it is of course also an integral part of the Berger Höhe residential area.                                   

The kindergarten is located very quietly in the middle of a residential area, but also very centrally to all important contact points for the kindergarten. For example, the Berger Höhe Elementary School, the St. Vinzenz Senior Citizens' Center, the city, as well as the forest and meadows...

Our pedagogical approach is situation-oriented and takes place in partially open groups in everyday life.

Focal points of the pedagogical work:

An age-appropriate promotion of the children from the very beginning.
The work in projects
Working across groups, also in age-specific small groups
Forest and field days, as well as regular forest weeks
Integration of a healthy diet, as well as the children's joy of movement through our power chewing days.
