Crib group the crab beetles

The child is the focus. Children want to develop independently and we give you the space and the support to do so. Each child has his or her own pace of development and needs, which we respond to individually. Our group room is set up in such a way that every development area can be addressed and promoted. We regularly redesign the space according to the age and interests of the children, so that every child is addressed.

We enjoy helping and supporting the children in developing their skills.

We attach great importance to rituals that we integrate into our daily lives. Rituals give the children security, self-confidence, orientation, facilitate the transitions and strengthen the feeling of "we".

Orange Group

With all your senses
understand - discover - explore

The orange group is an age-mixed group with children from 2-5 years. Our work focuses on the musical, creative, creative and literary fields.

Nature Day:

Here we are out all day. Already from 8 o'clock we play in the garden, maintain our garden bed, before we go to the forest, the castle and/or playgrounds in the nearby area at 9 o'clock.

Projects:

Regular cross-group projects e.B. Thanksgiving trip, football match, common nature days, regular meetings of the nativity group are intended to promote coexistence and friendships across groups.

Parent's breakfast:

Shared parental breakfast about every 3 months (dates are named very early). This promotes insight into our group work, contact with other parents and us, and enjoys extreme popularity!

1x per month there is a day of cereal sat in the buffet

A day in the orange group:

8:00 - 9:00 a.m. The child arrives in the group

8:00 - 9:45 a.m. accompanying free play already during this time, small groups/interest groups are always on the way in the various rooms (creative room, forest room, language room, etc.) for reading, playing, constructing, handicrafts. This gives all children more freedom and the special attention of the caregiver.

Outdoor Facilities

Root group

The root children group is a forest group. We spend the whole year out in the morning outdoors in nature. In our place there is a heated construction car, in which there are painting and handicraft materials, books, tools, etc.

What makes us?

The children conquer the world in the movement. The forest offers an environment in which the children can experience the world, climb, jump.Exercise is the basis for healthy, physical, mental and cognitive development. In the forest we play with everything the forest has to offer: sticks, cones, earth, leaves, grass, stones .... Playing with natural materials appeals to all senses and promotes imagination and ingenuity, which later become the basis of creative thinking. Through the direct experience of the seasons with all weather conditions and diverse stimuli, the children are given a holistic and meaningful development. Children can test their own strengths and weaknesses in nature, experience them and go beyond their limits. Again and again we discover small natural wonders that awaken the spirit of research among the children.

We have a structured daily routine, fixed rules and rituals and give the children a lot of free time to play.

Daily Schedule

Green Group
The Green Group is an external rule group in the "Old School". The specially renovated room for the kindergarten offers plenty of space for free development.
Portfolio work
The portfolio is a targeted collection of documents that are created in everyday pedagogical life. A portfolio folder impressively shows the development progress and changes of the children and it is a very personal collection.

We collect and document contributions from children and families.

Home visits

We visit each family once a year, as part of a development discussion, at home. We would like to get to know the children in their social environment and to confront them with respect. While one of the educators deals with her child, the other educator conducts the development alder.

This day is a very special event, especially for the children.

The home visit is voluntary. You decide whether the development discussion should take place at home or in the facility.

School gnomes
The group of school gnomes has been in existence since September 2012. It is located in a classroom in the premises of the Neuravensburg Primary School, which was set up as a kindergarten room. The process in the group is similar to that of the kindergarten day. Age-appropriate game materials are offered. Another building block is getting to know the SPIMAF games (game-integrated mathematical early support) and language promotion of Sprikids.

The age-homogeneous group offers the possibility of offering the "equal" support offer, despite the diversity of the children, taking into account the respective level of development and the living conditions of the individual children.
The children make more social contacts with their peers and new friendships develop.

Particular attention is paid to ensuring that skills such as conflict management, consideration and empathy towards other children grow and develop.
It is equally important to us to teach children heart-building and emotional intelligence. Each child should find his or her place in the group, with the individual personality development of the child in the foreground. We want to accompany the children, support them and make them independent and thus make it easier for them to start school.

Basics

Blue Group

The blue group is a rule group in the main house with children between the ages of 2 and 6 years.

Staying in the forest and garden are part of the daily routine.

It is important for us to do justice to the children's urge to move. We make this possible through a daily stay in nature. This also awakens, develops and deepens children's interest in the natural environment.

Targeted support groups in small groups are age-homogeneous: e.B. in areas such as language education, social competence, fine and coarse motor skills and sensory perception.

In addition, a day of exercise takes place once a week in the gym. During this unity, the focus is on rhythm and joy in the movement of all kinds.

Our goal is to strengthen the children in their own personality and to promote them in development.

A day in the blue group

7:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. Free play - free and targeted offers (also in small groups)

9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Cleaning up and collecting in the chair circle - roundtable

10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. breakfast together

Employee

The Wichtelgroup
A construction car at our location in Bettensweiler is the focus of our nature group. We live, laugh and learn around him. As in a rule group, we sing, play, tinker and do research – just in the wild.
Nature encounters promote the healthy and holistic development of children, because nature offers everything that educators try to create in closed spaces: experiences for all senses, diverse stimuli, motor challenges, impulses and suggestions for independent exploration.

The child's play is never pointless. It offers the child a central opportunity to experience and acquire his or her world.
Nature offers an ideal space for this. The offered "original toys" sticks, earth, water, cones, feathers, .. gives free rein to creativity. It stimulates the imagination and spontaneity of the children to a great extent. Due to the simplicity of the play material, the children are dependent on finding play partners. Older people can help younger people develop individual skills in the search for solutions to problems are used and deepened and the capacity for frustration is increased when something fails.
The seasonal changes reveal connections, whereby topics, offers and projects are based on the interests and experiences of the children.

The day at the construction car is ended by a short closing circle. After that we return by bus. There the children play in the garden until it is time for lunch or pick-up.

Qualification

The Red Group
The Red Group is based in the house and is known for its consistency, nature weeks and the joy of music.
"We are a group and I am part of it"
Children who come to kindergarten are entering a new way of life, they have to reorient themselves.
To do this, they need our help, our understanding. We as a group offer support here. The children help. They do small tasks, talk and advise with us on their concerns in everyday life. Group life helps and supports the way to develop self-confidently. Offers and occupations are usually carried out in the group with all children. The linguistic, motor and musical development are positively influenced by this approach.

The Nature Weeks
Nature weeks have been part of our everyday life for years. Persething nature over a whole week is an eventful and intense experience with all senses. The children experience the weather and nature over a longer period of time, so forest, meadows, the farm and the playgrounds can be experienced intensively.
