Introduction/specifics
Hello, I am Catharina,
and at my daycare centre, Regenbogenland, I look after up to five children aged between 1 and 3 years old in a small, family-like group.
Based on the Montessori principle
‘Help me to do it myself’
I support the children in discovering their world with curiosity, developing their first steps towards independence and building confidence in themselves – at their own pace.
At my daycare centre, the children can expect a warm, loving atmosphere with plenty of space to play, move around, discover and try new things. There is a particular focus on free play, everyday activities and lots of time spent outdoors.
To give you an idea of what everyday life is like at Regenbogenland, here is a brief insight into our daily routine:
Our daily routine:
8:00–8:30 a.m.: Arrival and a calm start to the day
8:30–9:00 a.m.: Breakfast together
9:00–11:00 a.m.: Free play, creative activities or short excursions
11:00–11:30 a.m.: Preparing lunch – anyone who wants to can help
11:30-12:00: Lunch together
12:00-14:00: Nap time or quiet time
14:15-15:15: Pick-up time and free play
I look forward to accompanying your child on their journey.
