Introduction/specifics

I currently accompany a total of four daycare children and from August 2024 I expect to accompany five daycare children aged one to three years on their individual development path until they enter daycare.

My name is Bianca Riedel. I am a state-recognised educator and childminder. I regard every child - in all its colourful facets - as a competent individual who actively and independently constructs his or her own knowledge. Education therefore takes place through self-education in a social context.

Participation and inclusion are my specialities: I focus on equal opportunities and self-selected participation for all children. With me, all children and parents experience the same rules and rights.

My role as a childminder is to recognise and respond to the feelings, wishes and needs of the children with sensitivity and sensitivity. The children are allowed to express all of their feelings with me, while adhering to the rules.

Furthermore, I offer your children protection, safety and security, an assisting hand or an encouraging word when they need it. At the same time, I enable them to explore their world independently and to have their own experiences (sometimes alone).

The bright, warm and open rooms of my daycare centre create a cosy feel-good atmosphere, invite children to play and explore and are spread over 60 square metres on the ground floor. Here, the colourful forest foxes can climb, slide, romp, try out their fine and gross motor skills or retreat to a cosy niche with a book or cuddly toy.

The colourful forest foxes can also let off steam in the large garden. Here they will find vehicles such as bobby cars, a large sandpit with a mud pit, a tepee and sliding and climbing facilities.

As we are real forest foxes, we often go into the nearby forest. The forest as an experiential space for playing, romping, discovering, exploring, marvelling, empathising and experiencing offers your child an incredible potential for holistic development. In addition to the seasonal rhythms, other natural phenomena are also experienced much more consciously when you are in direct contact with them.

If you are interested, please contact me or visit my website. I look forward to getting to know you and your child!
