Introduction/specifics

The Nesselwangen kindergarten is located in Nesselwangen near Überlingen in a small village between Bonndorf and Hödingen. Children from the age of 1- until they start school are cared for in 3- groups.

Rooms

Up to 60 children are cared for in three groups in the Nesselwangen kindergarten.

The U3 crèche children aged 1-3 years attend the "Green Group". This has a large, bright group room with a movement landscape and a separable adjoining room, which is also used as a bedroom.

Children over 3 visit the "Blue" or "Yellow Group" in the house. These each have a large group room and a smaller adjoining room. The larger adjoining room of the "Blue Group" is also used for in-house activities.

In the large garden there is a lot of play equipment for children to play in - a slide, two swings, a bird's nest swing, seesaw, carousel and a large sandbox with a playhouse. There is also a fountain with a watercourse in the garden and a large area for driving vehicles such as tricycles, scooters, and much more.

From time to time the chickens from the neighbor next door visit us and the sheep often graze above the garden.

For the U3 crèche children there is a toddler garden in front of the house. There is also a playhouse with a slide, a small bird's nest swing, see-saw animals and a sandpit.
