Introduction/specifics

We, that is Heike Joostberends and Bärbel Krüssel, care for up to eight children aged 1 - 3 years at the same time in the day care center "Moorpiraten".

We regularly take part in further education and training. Every two years we complete a first aid course for children. In order to reflect on our pedagogical work and to discuss organizational matters, a constant exchange is very important for our team. We benefit greatly from this in our work.

Daily Schedule

This is what a day with us looks like:

•     Arrival of the children
•     Free play and activities

Basics

Sensitive and loving care is very important to us. The well-being and needs of each child are very important to us. Therefore, the children have the opportunity to develop freely with us. And to discover the world with play and fun, each child in his or her own way.

Cooperations

A cooperation with the kindergartens in the community of Twist is very important to us in order to strengthen the further path of the children and to give the parents security.

The cooperation with Sport Pro Vita (Krabbelkids) allows us a lively exchange with other parents and children of the community Twist.

Teamwork with parents

"We can't do it without parents!"

To enable the children to have a good time, good cooperation with the parents is essential. Parents always receive information about the schedule and planned activities. Brief information is given during "door-and-antler talks". For important questions and developmental discussions, we offer a parent meeting twice a year. The child's documentation folder can be viewed at any time.
