Our concept:

We work according to the concept of open work (Konzept der offenen Arbeit) and base our work on the situational approach (Situiationsansatz). 

Every child, regardless of age, is the creator of their own development. Children have the need to discover, explore and understand their world with all their senses. Children communicate at every moment, they want to work independently and are very curious to try things out. The children at our Kindergarten construct their everyday lives. The children learn and explore all of these skills and abilities in our open work. The children can and should decide for themselves which activities they want to take part in or which projects they want to get involved in. Children are creative and independent. We support the children in their desire to explore the world with all their senses, to express their feelings and to communicate. 

As a team, we observe, advise and accompany each child individually. 

Some topics and content from our everyday life:

• Taking responsibility for themselves and others
• Being allowed to be part of a community
• Negotiating and adhering to rules, participating
• Making contacts, building friendships, feeling accepted
• Awaken curiosity, ask questions, find answers, be amazed
• discover the world with all their senses at their own pace
• to develop their creativity and discovery
