Introduction/specifics

Our daycare center opened in an old villa in Teltow Seehof on July 1, 2014. Located at the end of Lichterfelder Allee, surrounded by many trees and not far from the Teltow Canal.

Our daycare center is out and about a lot. We explore our neighborhood, visit the surrounding playgrounds, marvel at the cherry blossoms, take a walk along the Teltow Canal...

We go to the theater or the barefoot park and once a year, all children aged 3 and over go on a three-day trip to the daycare center.

Rooms

The basement houses our children's restaurant, an exercise room and a group room for the lunchtime band for our chestnut children (future schoolchildren).

On the second floor we have the cloverleaf group and the daisies (our crèche groups).

We are a young, mixed, dynamic team. Twice a year we do a team building activity together.

Our team members are specialized in different areas. For example, we have a language support worker, a child protection officer, several instructors for interns, two field workers, a media officer...

Language development

In the area of language support, we work with the milestones of language development. Our educational specialist takes care of identifying and implementing the need for support in the year before the child starts school. Our support group is called "the chattering parrots".
