We are two childminders who look after 8 children together in external premises.

- Stefanie Vidovic, born 1992, middle child of 5, married, two sons.

- Julia Fertsch, born 1996, middle child of 3, in a civil partnership, one daughter and one dog.

We are two qualified childminders with our own care license to care for children from the age of one. We have a care license according to § 43 para. 1 SGB VIII with 160 teaching units. We are committed to annual further training. We complete a first aid course for educational and childcare facilities every two years.

We offer family-oriented and family-supporting childcare and are subject to the jurisdiction of the district office.

Thanks to our convenient location right next to the Taufkirchen sports park, we have many opportunities to use a large outdoor area. In addition to our own lovingly designed garden and playroom, we have access to the Hachinger Bach stream, moor fields, environmental garden, Perlacher Forst forest, sledging hill and our large adventure playground. The whole area is car-free and therefore safe and pleasant for the children to explore.

The foundation and interest in our educational work is the cornerstone for every growing child. The anatomy and sensitivity for each individual child in our care is very important to us. We want to give the children the courage and joy of exploring and learning new possibilities/skills, and support and motivate them in doing so, giving them the feeling that they are allowed to live out their feelings. We also want to protect the children from everyday social stress and prepare them for kindergarten at the appropriate time, for example by helping them to get dressed independently, communicate verbally and keep up with their physical and motor skills through our weekly sport.

We cook varied, fresh and regional meals. We are happy to take into account the different food preferences of our day-care children, but new dishes and foods should be discovered together. Tasting is important here. No one has to - everyone is allowed.

Our daily free play time naturally includes regular excursions out into nature. We discover lots of things with the children and then use them to make or design something. We also discuss the seasons and come up with new possibilities. The main aim here is to fulfill our educational mission. To give the children the joy of discovering and learning new things courageously and independently, with our support. Not forgetting to take up the group with it, to be together and to go through everyday life together in harmony. We also go to the SVDJK sports club once a week for children's gymnastics (Kiba).
