- 4-room apartment and own garden near the tennis court in Taufkirchen
- Playgrounds and forest in the immediate vicinity
- Despite fixed structures, plenty of time for movement, discovery and play
- Always fresh fruit and vegetables, from spring to fall, harvested from our own garden
