At Villa Kunterbunt, a total of 50 children from 3 to 6 years of age are cared for in two kindergarten groups.
The kindergarten "Villa Kunterbunt" in the district of Großdingharting is attended by 50 children from the age of 3 until they start school. In two groups, numerous contacts and friendships are formed, which have an impact on the families. By spending time together in the garden as well as experiencing festivals and celebrations together, the children practise living together in a large community and learning consideration, assistance and respect.
In the building, which is over a hundred years old, the children each have a group room and a shared gymnastics room, which is also used for smaller parties and theatre performances. Two kitchens can be used for smaller baking and cooking activities for the children. There is also a modern sanitary facility for each group.
The spacious garden offers the children plenty of opportunity to let off steam in free play and explore the numerous playground equipment. The little master builders can try their hand in the sandbox. In summer, there is plenty of space to romp around and in winter, the garden even offers its own sledding hill.

The goal of our educational work is the "value-oriented, creative and relational person who can shape his or her life responsibly and meet the demands of family, state and society". We want to create a place where above all the children but also the adults can feel comfortable.
According to our slogan "Your children will be strong for life", we try to achieve the above-mentioned goal by educating and supporting the child in all areas of human life.
Play is the main activity of our kindergarten children and takes up a large part of our pedagogical work in terms of time. It is at the centre of the upbringing and educational process. Children learn from birth and have fun and joy in experiencing, experimenting and learning. For the child, playing means learning in a holistic sense. In our kindergarten, movement and rest as well as indoor and outdoor activities alternate.
The focus of our pedagogical work is based on the "Bayerischen Bildungs- und Erziehungsplan" (Bavarian Education Plan).
