Introduction/specifics
Offer:
The Kindergarten Kleeblatt is a facility with five groups and 102 places for children aged 3–6 years. We offer 30 full-day places (9 or 10 hours) and 72 places with extended morning opening hours (HT – 5 hours, as well as VÖ 6.0 or 6.5 hours), with or without a warm lunch.
In our institution, we provide appropriate integration measures for children with disabilities, developmental delays or behavioral challenges.
The central heart of our facility is our studio (Atelier), which serves as an educational space used for a variety of projects based on the needs of the children—age-homogeneous, interest-oriented, and especially across groups. Joint Caruso singing circles, Kolibri language support and many other activities complete our child-centered offer.
Cooperation with schools, counseling centers and other public institutions with advisory functions supports and complements our work.
Profile:
The Kindergarten Kleeblatt sees itself as an educational institution that prioritizes the needs of the children—and each individual child.
Through detailed observation and individualized approaches, our educators professionally accompany children in their learning processes.
Our dedicated and competent staff members receive regular targeted training and continue their professional development through further education.
We embrace diversity in many different forms. Every person experiences appreciation, recognition and respect through the positive attitude of our staff.
Our team combines proven methods with new ideas to create space for the abilities and resources of every child.
Educational Approach:
Our pedagogical concept is based on the “Guidelines for Education and Upbringing in Baden-Württemberg” (Orientierungsplan) and implements holistic support for children through aspects of semi-open work combined with a group-oriented approach.
We place great emphasis on non-violent education to ensure a safe environment in which children experience protection and guidance in self-protection.
A successful partnership with parents — in the sense of an educational and upbringing partnership — is of great importance. Working together for the well-being of the child.
The Kindergarten Kleeblatt is currently on its way to becoming a family center. Our goals are to broaden our view to the entire "family system." Parents should be involved at an early stage to strengthen their parenting skills, improve the overall quality of family life, and promote greater equality of opportunity.
