Welcome to our website. We are pleased that you are visiting us.
St. Michael's Kindergarten is a six-group facility, including four groups from the age of three and two toddler groups. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden area.
The house and garden have different educational areas that offer the children a variety of play opportunities.

Morning circle in the home groups, choose the educational area.
Until 12.30 p.m.
Educational areas, free play time, snack time in the children's café, garden time. The children receive a bead in the color of the educational area as a documentation tool.

Free play time
Friday is home group day.
The children plan the activities for the home group day together with the pedagogical staff. This can include forest days, baking, cooking, toy day, etc.

We work with the four kindergarten groups in a partially open concept, i.e. the rooms are equipped according to educational areas with appropriate play and learning materials that initiate the children's educational processes on their own. At the same time, the room design is based on the needs of the children. The interests, questions and topics of the children are taken up by the pedagogical staff for activities in the areas. Other activities include the use of the gymnasium as well as forest day.
The children of the two toddler groups are in the separate toddler area.
