Current information

Introduction/specifics

Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband (Parity Welfare Association)
At our organization, every child has the same right to education, upbringing, and care, regardless of nationality, religion, gender, social background, or specific physical, mental, or intellectual conditions. Inclusion is not a foreign concept to us.

Daily Schedule

In the morning, the children have breakfast together, play freely, and participate in a morning circle. We sing songs and practice finger games. For breakfast, the teachers cut up fruit and vegetables that a parent from the group has brought for all the children. We do crafts and painting activities related to the seasons. Depending on the weather, we then take the nursery bus to the fields, or we play in the beautiful garden or on the covered balcony. We also offer cross-group and age-specific activities.
After a hot lunch, which is delivered daily by a certified caterer, the children go to bed. As a rule, the children fall asleep together and wake up one after the other. A teacher is always present in the bedroom with the children and accompanies any child who wakes up to the group room. By 2:30 p.m. at the latest, all the children are awake again and are picked up. For the full-day children, the afternoon continues with free play, often outside. Families get to know each other at joint information evenings, parties, and excursions.

Basics

The children spend a large part of their day at our facility. The parents' professional situation should not be to the detriment of the children; it is not a matter of handing them over, but of providing targeted support for the child.
We accompany the children on their path to independence. At our facilities, we want to give every child the opportunity to develop at their own pace and help them to develop curiosity, musicality, creativity, and a joy of movement.
We enable the children to help shape their time with us in a way that is tangible and comprehensible. We also teach the children respect and appreciation for people and nature, and to treat things with care.
Rules and rituals give all children stability and security.
Excursions into nature and to visit animals are important to us. Exercise, language acquisition, music, eating together, healthy nutrition, toilet training, crafts and handicrafts, and learning motor skills take place every day.
