At our organization, every child has the same right to education, upbringing, and care, regardless of nationality, religion, gender, social background, or specific physical, mental, or intellectual conditions. Inclusion is not a foreign concept to us.

Daily Schedule

Training center We have structured our daily routine differently depending on the day of the week. From Monday to Thursday, there are flexible pick-up times, as we are primarily busy with homework on these days and rarely leave the after-school care center. On Fridays, there is no homework at the after-school care center so that we have time for activities, projects, and fun excursions. This allows the children to find playmates and friends. The after-school care center is not just a place for homework, but also a place for encounters, friendships, discoveries, pursuing interests, and developing strengths. During the school holidays, there are excursions, sports, nature, and creative activities.

During school time, children can arrive at the after-school care center before school, have breakfast, and play freely before being sent to class. After the sixth lesson at the latest, all children are at the after-school care center and eat a hot lunch delivered by a certified caterer together in the group rooms. Before they run out of energy, they go out into the schoolyard, whatever the weather. After that, it's time for homework. After a set amount of time, homework should be finished and the children are allowed to use the function rooms or the outdoor area in groups according to set rules.

Basics

Since 2011, we have been caring for elementary school children under similar conditions as in kindergarten. The supervisory authority responsible for kindergartens and after-school care centers specifies the regulations for rooms, group sizes, and staffing.

We see ourselves as a family-complementary institution where grades and academic success are not the most important things, but rather security and warmth, friends, and above all, shared experiences and laughter across four grade levels.

We recognize each child's uniqueness.

We make the transition from kindergarten to school a gentle one, allowing first graders to arrive at the after-school care center in August before they enter a new environment in September.

We enable both parents or single parents to pursue full-time employment (with statutory vacation entitlement).
