Introduction/specifics
We are a municipal kindergarten with a total of 100 children. The main building at Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 35 looks after 75 children in a partially open concept. Our one-group branch at Austraße 31 looks after 25 children. We take children from the age of 2.6 until they start school.
The kindergarten is located in the south of Schwabach, in the district of Forsthof. It is located in a predominantly small residential area with a family-friendly environment. Excursions to the nearby forest, city park, meadows and fields are possible. The Forsthof kindergarten is a ground-level facility with a spacious garden area.
The community center is located next to the kindergarten. Opposite our facility is a children's playground, which we play in from time to time. The St. Willibald retirement home is also close to the kindergarten and we maintain contact with it.
There are two bus stops in front of the kindergarten. The connections are very good and are often used for excursions.
