Montessori pedagogy

Montessori pedagogy is a reform pedagogical educational offer that is directly oriented towards the child and consistently takes into account the needs of the child.

Principles of Montessori pedagogy are:

- "help me to do it myself"

- Respect the personality of the child and appreciate it as a full-fledged human being

- help to develop his will by ensuring space for free decisions

- Participation in all decisions

- Offer opportunities to follow their own learning needs, because children do not want to learn just anything, but something very specific at a certain time (sensitive phases)

- help the child to overcome difficulties instead of avoiding them

Rooms

Our premises

The children have plenty of space to explore and discover on an interior of approx. 660m². The children's home is a field of experience in which every child stimulates and lives their individual development.

Daily Schedule

Daily routine in the group

7:00 a.m. start, the first children help to prepare breakfast in the Lummerland group, which is next to the kitchen.

8:15 a.m. The children go to their groups with their reference teacher.

9:00 a.m. morning circle (rituals, topic-related offers, songs, games, storytelling...)

9:30 a.m. the children choose which group they would like to visit.

11:15 a.m. Game in the field or walk in the woods

12:30 p.m. Group lunch

1:00 p.m. nap for the younger children.

2:00 p.m. Game in different groups (partially open concept)

2:00 p.m. Project work, activities,...

4:30 p.m. The facility closes!

Food

Healthy eating

The healthy nutrition of your children is important to us.

Therefore, breakfast and lunch are freshly prepared daily in the in-house kitchen.

All meals are fresh vegetarian organic whole foods.
