The Brieftaube kindergarten is located right in the heart of Pöttmes. It consists of the first floor, where there is a large group room - with adjoining changing and wet areas, a kitchen, an office corner, a checkroom and a spacious outdoor play area.

Three further rooms are available to the children on the upper floor, which can be used individually and converted as required. They consist of an adjoining room, which serves as a quiet room or is used for activities in small groups, our “movement room” and an intensive and creative room.

8.15 - 12:15 Core time: 

We begin this time with the morning circle, a ritual that always remains the same. This is followed by targeted activities or projects during core time, which support the children in a wide range of learning areas (creative or musical activities, working on situational topics, movement activities, experiments, etc.). Our pre-school support (Wuppi, Zahlenland, general pre-school), the German pre-course and Entenland also take place during this time. If a child feels hungry or thirsty, they can have breakfast in the morning as they wish (flexible snack time). During the morning, playing in the garden or a walk in the fresh air are important components of our educational work.

12.15 - 12.30 p.m.: Pick-up time

12.30 - 13.15: Lunch together

Children can be picked up at any time from 1.15 p.m., depending on their booked childcare time.

13.15 - 16.00 Free play time:

We spend time with the children either indoors with various games, projects or, weather permitting, in our garden.

In order to create the basis for a relationship of trust, we offer parent meetings, parents' evenings, joint celebrations and activities.

Our parents' council is elected at the beginning of the kindergarten year. The members of the parents' council are an important part of our establishment, providing us with support and advice. They are the link between the team and the parents.
