The concerned institution or day care will contact you independently to the Portal per phone, mail or letter. Please have a little patience.

Possible States (progress) of your Application:

completed	Your inquiry in the administrative system is completed …because you received a place offer or contract. Thereby, your child is regarded as provided for. All other inquiries within the requested time frame are now marked as completed. …because the child care facility does not have any capacities for the conditions you requested and has declined your inquiry.
sent	The inquiry is being sent to the system.
transferred	The inquiry was sent successfully. The system is now waiting for a response from the child care facility.
active	The child care facility has received your inquiry and will now review your application. You will get notified if your child gets a place offer.
