COOPERATION WITH PARENTS
Cooperation with parents, which is characterized by appreciation, is very important to us. You will be supported in the development and education of your children through door-to-door discussions and at least one development meeting per year. We work closely with the parents' council.
GOALS AND FOCAL POINTS
Our educational work is based on the Bavarian education and upbringing plan.
INDIVIDUAL ACCLIMATIZATION
A gentle settling-in period makes the transition easier for the children and allows them to settle into the group in peace.
INCLUSION
The educational staff support and accompany each child according to their individual needs. We see diversity as an opportunity and enrichment for the whole community. Children and adults with different abilities, needs and cultural backgrounds learn from and with each other. In order to enable all children to participate in the kindergarten, we also offer integration places.
DIVERSITY IS NORMALITY
For us, inclusion means perceiving and recognizing children in their diversity - in all facets of their personality - and not just with regard to one aspect of their identity. We give children the support they need to be able to participate in everyday kindergarten life. In order to create the necessary framework conditions, we also offer integration places.
Children need individual support in order to undergo successful educational processes. For us, working with social diversity includes, among other things Gender work, intercultural work, work with special family situations.
OPEN ELEMENTS
During free play time, the children can decide where they want to play. This allows them to develop freely according to their abilities and interests. They also get to know new things. The fixed groups offer a safe haven in which, for example, the morning circle takes place within the group.
PROJECTS
We mainly work with projects whose content is determined by the children. In doing so, we respond to the children's current interests. By examining a topic from many different angles, we ensure that the children achieve lasting learning success and cover all the educational areas of the Bavarian Education Plan.
PROJECT DAYCARE CENTER "SIMPLY READ ALOUD!"
We offer a close educational partnership between parents and the daycare center in the area of reading aloud. In this way, we want to promote reading aloud and thus the children's language acquisition. Different languages of origin are a resource that we want to make greater use of, which is why we also have books in different languages. We offer a small library for our families. The project is supported by the Reading Foundation.
THE EXPERIENCE OF COMMUNITY
Through a variety of joint activities such as playing, morning circle, singing and eating together, the children feel a sense of security and belonging in their group.
CHRISTIAN FAITH AND VALUES EDUCATION
The religious festivals in the church year form a common thread in our everyday life. Through religious education, we encourage your child to develop compassion, a willingness to help and a sense of responsibility towards the world around them.
FOOD
The cooks at our partner kindergarten Weltentdecker prepare a varied lunch for all children every day (booking is compulsory).
The children experience the meals in the community as something special and valuable.
REST TIME
We agree individually with parents whether children go to bed or take part in quiet time in their groups.
