Introduction/specifics

The integrative day care center InKiMo in Moosburg is an institution of Lebenshilfe Freising. We see ourselves as an institution that complements the family and are guided by the Kindergarten Act, general human rights and the mission statement of Lebenshilfe Freising.  We are committed to ensuring that children with special needs receive the support that enables them to participate in social life in the best possible way.

We look after 32 children in two groups and employ three people in each group. In addition, there is a specialist service 1 - 2 times a week for the children with special needs in the group.

Our opening hours: Mon to Thu/ Fri: 7.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m./2.30 p.m.

Rooms

In the kindergarten, each group has a group room with kitchenette and an adjoining room. In addition, there is a large, well-equipped gym on the first floor, an exercise room, a dreamland and a ball pit.

In the large garden, the children have the opportunity to use swings, a climbing frame and a climbing tree, an in-ground trampoline, a sandpit with the possibility of mud, as well as a sand kitchen. It is possible to tinker in the garden workshop. There are many shady trees here.

On the terrace, the children can drive vehicles, work with large building blocks, or play with sand and chalk.

Overview

Admission to the kindergarten is subject to the available places. If there are not enough places available, the admission criteria of the city of Moosburg will be applied analogously. That is, take precedence.

• Children who live in the city of Moosburg,
• children who will be required to attend school at the end of the kindergarten year,
• Children whose siblings already attend our kindergarten
• Children whose parents work for Lebenshilfe Freising
• children whose mother or father is a single parent and
• Children whose families are in particular distress

The admission of the children for an integration place can be done by regular registration, an expert opinion of a specialist and a game observation (diagnostics) by the early intervention.
