Introduction/specifics

Our day care center Storchennest is located in the rural village of Stücken in the municipality of Michendorf. The proximity to the forest arouses great interest among the children. You can experience nature from a young age as often as possible.

Our children are cared for in 3 mixed-age groups. All children are very welcome and are accompanied by 7 pedagogical specialists, 1 trainee and 1 manager. The social togetherness, a loving and respectful interaction with each other has a very high priority in our facility.

We see children as independent personalities with feelings, needs and peculiarities. Children are constructors of their own development, discovering and exploring the world in their own way from within. We support and accompany them in a loving, appreciative and reliable relationship. They get the attention and recognition they need for their development.

Through regular observation and documentation, we can determine the individual interests of each child. At the same time, the children's development is made visible with their magical moments of day-to-day daycare.
