Basics

Our work is based on the Saxon educational plan.

Our educational mission is to ensure the self-education processes of each child through care and to enable them through education, as well as to exploit the genetic potential and talents brought along by the children. In doing so, the rooms and open spaces are designed and used daily so that each child can pursue their individual learning needs and be challenged in the process.

Children are actors and constructors of their own knowledge and thus create hypotheses about the world - supporting as little as possible and as much as necessary.

  • Children are actively involved in everyday events and take responsibility for them.
  • Learning is experience.
  • In play, children experience holistic educational processes.
  • School preparation is understood as learning that begins with the birth of the child.
  • The familiarisation concept is based on the "Berlin Model" and on the individual needs of the child.
