Welcome to kindergarten Buchheim-Ort

In the heart of Buchheim is our small, family-run kindergarten.

We consist of a nursery and two kindergarten groups and welcome children between the ages of 1 and 6 years.

Each child is unique to us and is at the heart of our educational work. In close cooperation with you as parents, we want to support and support each child on his or her individual path in this phase of life. Through cross-group cooperation (partially open concept), especially in the kindergarten area, we create a valuable “learning from each other and with each other. ” The nursery children gain confidence in the entire institution throughout their care period, so that the transition from nursery to kindergarten can be made smoothly and seamlessly internally.

Rooms

The children spend a lot of time in our house and so it is very important to us that they feel comfortable there and like to come every day.

For the nursery children, the group room is a “safe harbour” from which they can conquer areas such as exercise room, garden and courtyard with their caregivers and the group. Kindergarten children, on the other hand, have the opportunity to independently swarm into the various functional areas of the house and decide freely on space and materials. The design of the rooms and the selection of materials are based on different themes and are constantly adapted to the current interests and needs of the children.

In addition, our house has an office for the management, a kitchen and a staff room, which is also used for parent meetings.

Food

Breakfast and lunchtime eve are provided by the parents. We don’t offer hot food. Kindergarten children have the opportunity to eat at the free breakfast in the bistro.

Teamwork with school

The primary schools of Hugstetten and Neuershausen cooperate with our institution in the last year of kindergarten. The children can get a first impression of school life at first meetings with the co-operation teacher. Parents and educators have the opportunity to exchange ideas and advice with the cooperation teacher.

Overview

Our house welcomes Marcher children aged from one year to school entrance. Please submit the application form via the online portal LittleBird. The allocation of places is based on different criteria.

Register annually by 31 December if you need a childcare place in the upcoming kindergarten year (September-August). The allocation of seats is expected to take place at the end of February.

Description and Stations

You will find us coming by bus from Hugstetten station by getting off at the church of Buchheim and turn right to cross the road at the Zebra crossing from there you will see our sign and turn left into our yard. Take the bus line 7212 to the bus stop "Buchheim-Kirche". The bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the kindergarten. Drivers coming from Hugstetten drive from the main road to the right into Holzhauserstrasse and look for cheetahs, tigers and lions on the left, they can park in front of the house.
