Villa Glitzerweg works in close cooperation with the KinderWaldGarten (Children's Forest Garden) on Buchhorster Damm in Gartow. The goal is to transition from daycare to the forest on the child's third birthday. This transition is prepared and supported by both institutions. The cornerstones of the educational work are based on the principle of salutogenesis. This principle is divided into three parts: nutrition, exercise, and relaxation. Body awareness is developed and strengthened in everyday situations or projects. The educational and upbringing mission comes from the individual child, and each child is accompanied and supported in this process. The child's development is regularly documented in a developmental profile and shared with the parents once a year.
