My desire and foundation for my work with children is intensive communication with parents at eye level; they know their child best. Only on a foundation of trust can a child feel at home in the group and feel comfortable. A slow and individually designed introduction should lead to a stable and secure relationship for the child; for this to happen, parents need time to be relaxed at the beginning. In my support, it is important to me to support children's openness, curiosity, and joy of discovery. These are the "engines" for learning processes and development. I work needs-oriented and in everyday contexts. The design of the space and environment allows for a variety of movement and perception experiences. And we are outdoors every day, often in natural surroundings, exploring everything there is to discover and experience, always searching for what the children are currently interested in. My wish for the little magic dragons is a familial, relationship-rich, authentic, and lively interaction in everyday life.
