Introduction/specifics

Lebenshilfe Stollberg is a non-profit association of independent welfare organizations. We are a member of the Bundesvereinigung der Lebenshilfe and the Landesverband Lebenshilfe Sachsen. Both the non-profit GmbH and the regional association are members of the German Parity Welfare Association, Saxony State Association.

Our after-school care center is located in the building of the Thalheim elementary school, which was completed in 1995. We are located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Thalheim, surrounded by idyllic nature, woods and meadows. With a bus stop close to the site, there is a direct connection to local public transport.

Holiday Care

Childcare is provided in 3 - 4 groups, depending on the number of registrations and the age of the children. The groups plan their vacation activities individually and make use of the resources of our facility, external cooperation partners and the possibilities of our social area for external activities and excursions.

During the summer vacations, there are also themed weeks in which activities and projects take place across all groups on the same topic.
