Rooms

The "Kinderkrippe Franziska" is an independent facility located in the building of the Caritas children´s home St. Vinzenz. The Rooms are friendly and designed with heart. They consist of:

• 1 big room for each group
• 1 kitchen with a dining table
• 2 sleeping rooms
• 2 bathrooms
• 1 staff-room
• 1 coatroom
• 1 office
• 1 big garden
• 1 Indoorplayground

Outdoor Facilities

Our daycare has a huge, safe garden containing a large green area and a paved terasse which is used as a track for bobbycars. There´s also a covered sand pit, a play-house, swings, a climbing tower with a slide and another play-area for our younger Kids. The property also has old trees, hedges, lots of flowers and fruit bushes. That´s how the kids are able to move around a lot and also make sensory experiences in nature.

Food

The daily breakfast and afternoon snack has to be brought from home. Once a month we prepare a healthy breakfast with the children with a variety of different foods everytime.

Our daily, regional and warm lunch is delivered by a Bio-Caterer. The Meals are different every day and suited for toddlers. The current meal-plan is always available to view in our daycare.

Specifics

Acclimatization:

We usually use the "Berliner Modell" for our acclimatization period. Empathy is the most important thing during that time and every kid is cared for in an individual way. Evey child is unique and needs more or less time to take new steps and get out of their comfort zone. That´s why our acclimatization period takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Our daycare facility is near the city Center and easily accessable by car, by bus or even on foot. There´s only a few parking-spaces available.

Near Bus-Stops:

• Maximilianstraße, Regierungsplatz (line 3 and 6)
• Altstadt (line 2,3,6,7,12)
