Introduction/specifics
We, the Bienenstöckle Children's House, are a four-group educational facility. Here, children aged one year to school entry are cared for.
We work in an interest- and needs-oriented way, allowing the children to investigate and explore things with curiosity.
Our children's house is characterized by:
- Partially open concept
- Connection to nature
- Free play
- Morning and offer circles
- Garden time in wind and weather
- Parental work
- Festivals and celebrations
Our educational focal points:
- Sustainability: our house was built with sustainable raw and building materials, we emphasize a healthy breakfast, we try to produce as little waste as possible, and due to the proximity to the fields towards Kleinheppach and Beinstein, we also spend a lot of time outside in nature.
- To accompany children on their way to becoming responsible and independent personalities, following the motto of Maria Montessori: 'Help me to do it myself!'
- We work according to the orientation plan of Baden-Württemberg. This means we have a legal mandate for care, education, and training.
