Introduction/specifics

The Kindergarten is located right in the center of  Kelheim and offers  for children from 1 till 6 years of age.

Rooms

In addition to the classrooms the Kindergarten offers a gym.

Outdoor Facilities

The Kindergarten has a great garden furnished with different playground equipment and old trees and is located next to the river Danube.

Food

Catering can be booked from one to five days per week.

Basics

Our educational work has a fucous on chrildren participation. We promote that children get to know different cultures and respect all people.

Teamwork with school

We cooperate with all primary schools within Kelheim. If neccesary we also also cooperate with the schools outside of Kelheim such as Förderschule Abensberg or Motessori school in Essing.

Specifics

We are very musically and employ a special music teacher.

Also we use Kita-Info-App.

Projects

We offer relgious celebrations and follow the christian annual cycle.

But also othe events take place such as:

• summer party
• Kids-parents-excursion
• St. Martin
• different projects according to the interest of the children e.g "we discover our city"
