The guiding principle of our pedagogical work is: "Every child has its own personality and is unique!"

Our facility is located in the center of Friedersdorf. Around us are horses, goats and chickens and forest areas. A large outdoor area is available for our children with many play opportunities such as a floor-to-ceiling trampoline, a climbing tower, a snacking bed, a children's building site and a driving range. In our village there are several companies, stores, a school as well as a fire department and a church with which we cooperate.

The acclimatization process is based on the Berlin Model.

Our goal is to prepare all children for their later life by seeing each of the children entrusted to us as individual personalities, supporting and strengthening them in their activities. The group rooms are furnished with learning islands and functional corners. From smaller rooms we designed functional rooms.
