We are an "open kindergarten".
Under this generic term, many pedagogical experts have been advocating for a change in elementary education for many years.
The goal is to improve the developmental, learning and educational conditions of the children.
The open kindergarten wants to meet the learning needs of the children as best as possible.
The term openness in this context refers to, among other things:
* Openness to the uniqueness of each child and to his or her individual learning path.
* Openness to the needs of the children
* Openness to a child-centered and theory-based approach
* Openness to changes in the kindergarten system and to the strengths of the staff.
