Foreword / About me
My name is Nicole Hammer, I am 44 years old, married and the mother of three children. In my free time, I like to do sports and relax in our sauna.
During my daughter Elli's parental leave, I decided to complete the qualification course to become a childminder at the end of 2019. My heart's desire is to enable many children and parents to experience what our childminder gave us, a gentle and loving introduction to childcare. In my opinion, daycare offers the best conditions for this. In a group consisting of a maximum of five children, the little ones (at my Goldacher Mäusen children from 18 months to 4 years) learn to detach themselves from their mother in a familiar environment and enjoy their first free space to develop and expand their social skills in the company of other children.

The guiding principle of the pedagogue Maria Montessori is at the forefront of my work: “Help me to do it myself.” According to this motto, I would like to accompany and support the children in the age-appropriate main educational areas such as the promotion of gross and fine motor skills, movement or sensory training.
General conditions
The daycare center is located in our family home in Goldach, right next to Goldach Park. We have a large garden that can be used in its entirety (playhouse, sandpit, trampoline and various vehicles).
