Basics
Our concern is to accompany the educational and upbringing process of the children in a way that complements the family. The basis of our pedagogical work is the "child-centered approach". At the center of this pedagogy is the holistic, active experience of the children with all their senses. The educators focus on the current needs, interests and strengths of each child. They design challenging learning environments and learning situations and thus accompany the children's self-education processes. By picking up on the children's educational themes and offering them topics from a pedagogical perspective, we support the acquisition of important competencies in and for various life situations.
What do we understand by the term "life-related work" in our kindergarten?

Being able to perceive and express feelings
Learn that setting limits and observing rules are important and necessary in living together.
Respecting and respecting people in their culture and people with special characteristics
Living with rituals and traditions, festivals and celebrations
We work according to the Bavarian Education and Development Plan (BEP).
Our work includes three pillars: Education - upbringing - care.
We see the child holistically. Especially in the first years of life, thinking, feeling, wanting and acting are closely connected. They relate to each other and influence each other. The child perceives its environment in a holistic and multifaceted way. It experiences and acts in many different ways. We accompany the child in his development, that he learns to do it himself. Learning is a lifelong process.
