Current information

Introduction/specifics

Since August 2008, the "littlest ones" (1 year to 2.9 years) have also found their place in the municipality of Gechingen in their own kindergarten.

Up to 10 children per group may attend the facility each day. We offer place sharing,

so you can register your children for between 2 and 5 days a week.

Your children are the focus of our attention. We create a structured daily routine for the children in a family setting.

They receive our appreciation, they are given the right to have a say and they can confide in us. Every single child is important to us. We aim to support the children in their mental, social and motor development by providing individual support.

Our educational concept aims to combine education and upbringing.

Our image of the child

  •      Every child is an independent person and is perceived as such
  •      Every child is at the center of our actions
  •      Every child needs their own pace
  •      Every child deserves a great deal of respect and appreciation

"Help me to do it alone!" Maria Montessori

The special feature of the Zauberwald kindergarten is a "multifunctional motor skills center",
that offers many opportunities for movement experiences!

Rooms

The design of the group rooms offers the children the opportunity to

to go on a journey of discovery, try things out, vary them and combine them in new ways.

Each group room also has a separate bedroom.

Outdoor Facilities

  •     Sandpits
  •     Large and small climbing frame with slide and integrated playhouse
  •     Spring seesaw
  •     Nest swing
  •     Playhouse
  •     Equipment shed for play equipment

Our outdoor area invites children to experiment, let off steam and test their motor skills and abilities.

Children need rituals and structures in order to find their way safely in everyday life and to give them orientation. There must still be enough space and time to respond to the children's interests, situations, individual needs and special occasions (e.g. birthday parties).

We want to offer the children a daily routine that is structured by fixed times for certain activities. This gives the youngest children in particular a sense of security and orientation.

In addition to a clearly structured daily routine, however, a healthy degree of openness and flexibility is required when working with the little ones. It is also based on the children's needs, such as eating, sleeping (rest) and changing diapers (personal hygiene).

It is important to us that free play plays an important role in the daily routine.
