Quality Assurance

Quality assurance

Quality assurance is a crucial point in our work.

The basis is the concept and the agreements made together.

The evaluation process takes place:

  • through supervision
  • through further education and training
  • through documentation (observations)
  • through educational partnership with the parents (parent survey)
  • through transparency and public relations

Our concept and more information about our quality assurance can be found here: https://www.erzbistum-muenchen.de/cms-media/media-52752120.pdf

Cooperations

Cooperations

We maintain a variety of cooperations that are directly and indirectly related to the kindergarten work.

Please read our conception.

https://www.erzbistum-muenchen.de/cms-media/media-52752120.pdf

Teamwork with school

Cooperation between kindergarten and school

The cooperation with the teachers of the elementary school in Krün-Wallgau is one of the most important areas of outreach in order to make the transition from kindergarten to school easier for the children. For example, we visit the school with the preschool children and participate in the lessons. The kindergarten staff is involved in the enrollment process by observing the children in "school play". Joint activities with the school (e.g. St. Martin's celebration...) are an enrichment for all involved. In addition, every second week, preschool lessons for the preschool children are held by a teacher from the Krün-Wallgau elementary school in the kindergarten.

Teamwork with parents

Cooperation with parents

Parents are the primary caregivers with whom we work together to ensure the well-being of the child. Mutual tolerance and acceptance are very important to us in order to facilitate intensive cooperation. In order to be able to respond to the child in a targeted manner, openness is necessary on both sides.

For more detailed information on the forms and methods of our cooperation, please refer to our concept under the item Educational Partnership with Parents.

Parental Interviews

A parent survey on the organizational and pedagogical work in the facility takes place once a year. The aim of parent surveys is to determine parents' satisfaction with the facility and to initiate discussion processes between parents, the facility team and the provider about the facility and the pedagogical work. Parent surveys also enable constructive expression of criticism, which contributes to a continuous improvement process and appropriate handling of complaints in joint responsibility. Wishes and suggestions can also be expressed in this process. The survey results are an important basis for further development in our facility.
