Our pedagogy

The motto of our facility "You can only see well with your heart. The essentials remain invisible to the eyes" shows that we are there with our hearts.

For us, parents are partners on the basis of appreciative shared educational responsibility. Educational work with the children with a focus on the social-emotional area is a basic foundation for us.

Religious education is part of the daily experience at our facility. Being a Christian in this daycare center means starting from the children's resources and awakening the religious potential that lies within the child, i.e. every day in the daycare center begins with arriving, being there, being with other people and before God.

We are an integrative daycare center, which means that we try to enable all children to participate in social life. We work closely with our in-house specialist service and are in contact with the district of Middle Franconia, speech therapists and occupational therapists. Our goal is inclusion.

We are a family support center of the Archdiocese of Bamberg.

We advocate respectful and appreciative interaction between families and staff.

We support families and establish contacts. We provide needs-based services and help for self-help in the areas of parenting, education, counseling and leisure.

E.g. parents' café during the settling-in period, building a garden shed by our parents, belly dancing for mothers, collecting for the warming room, family outings, book exchange shelf, parental advice, networking with specialist services...
