Introduction:

Hello, our names are Sonja Brehm and Bettina Seyhan - welcome to the Bambinibande.

We are two day carers with many years of experience in looking after children of toddler age. With our love for working with the little ones, we have turned our passion into our profession :)

We look after a total of 10 children aged between 10 months and kindergarten age and support them in their development.

When selecting the children, we make sure that the group fits together well and that the age and gender of the children are well mixed.

Rooms

t Bambinibande, the children have a large, well-organised and sun-drenched group room where most of their day-to-day activities take place. The child-friendly, lovingly designed facility invites the children to give free rein to their creative play and discover their surroundings. A big highlight for the children is our exercise tower with slide. For role play, there is the children's kitchen, the shop and all the different toys and cuddly toys.

We relax by looking at picture books or listening to stories on our sofa in the group room.

The two bedrooms offer enough space for each child to have their own bed.

Each child has their own space in the cloakroom area with a photo, hooks, space for shoes and a box in which a change of clothes can be stored.

Small children's toilets are installed in the washroom - making going to the toilet twice as much fun :) There are also two child-height washbasins, a shower and a changing table

Outdoor Facilities

The children love our directly adjacent garden with sandpit, meadow and outdoor play equipment. For the warmer days of the year, we also have a seating area here so that we can eat outdoors or organise creative activities.

Food

We serve fresh and healthy food every day. Fruit and vegetables are always available to the children. Our varied menu changes daily for breakfast, lunch and a snack after nap time.

For us, the individual child and their needs take centre stage. Every child should find their place within the group and feel comfortable here. We pick up on changes in the child's environment and support them so that they can cope with them positively.

Working with parents:

Co-operation with parents and mutual trust is one of the most important foundations for our work with the children. The regular exchange of expectations and goals, respectful co-operation and adherence to agreements and goals are very important to us.

Quality Assurance

Quality:

In order to constantly review and improve the quality of our pedagogical work and to keep up with the changing times, we take part in training courses on a wide range of topics several times a year via the fmf family office in Stein.

We also refresh our first aid course for children every two years.

We regularly exchange information with colleagues/specialist centres and the fmf family office.
