Introduction/specifics

Dear parents,
My name is Regina Hiltner. I have been working as a childminder in the north of Vach since March 2023. Here I have my parental home and a specially designed and built construction trailer/tiny house, which is located in the natural garden, at my disposal for the care of the children.
Our day starts between 8.00 and 8.30 am and ends between 2.00 and 2.30 pm from Monday to Friday.
The food is mainly vegetarian. However, I like to orientate myself to the children's tastes.
A fixed group structure is very important to me, which is why I only offer the full booking time.
I work in a needs-orientated, empathetic way and with a keen awareness of the children and parents. For me, an open and honest exchange is the basis for a successful childcare relationship.
I always communicate with the children as equals and involve them in processes and decisions wherever possible.
I myself very much appreciate the family environment of this work.
My pedagogical focus is on social skills, music, nature and animals.
For our mobility, I have a handcart and a cargo bike for 4 to 5 children. We use these to explore forests, meadows, playgrounds and everyday facilities such as the library, bakeries, farms etc.
My household includes my two children and 3 cats, who love to be involved.
My aim is to accompany self-confident and healthy children into the world.
