The first years of a child’s life are truly special. Children discover the world, develop their personalities and make new experiences every day. At Lukas Kindergarten, we accompany your child with warmth, care and professional expertise.

As a Protestant early childhood education centre, we offer children from 1 to 6 years of age a loving and secure environment where they can feel safe, build trust and explore the world with curiosity.

For young children especially, a trusting relationship is the most important foundation for healthy development. That is why, in our toddler group, we place particular emphasis on a gentle settling-in process and on responding to each child’s individual needs.

Following the Berlin settling-in model, we support your child step by step as they begin their time with us. Sleeping, eating, personal care, playing and taking their first steps towards independence are all approached sensitively and according to each child’s individual rhythm.

Here, your child is given the time and space they need to settle in at their own pace.
