Facilities
Our daycare features three group units, each with its own room and direct access to the garden via a terrace. Each unit also includes a bathroom and a cushioned room where children can play in the mornings or participate in activities. This room is used as a sleeping area during midday rest.
Other amenities include a kitchen, a small dining room with an integrated kitchenette for the children, and a bathing area. A separate storage room is available for strollers.
Team
A trustworthy and collaborative team environment forms the foundation of sound pedagogical and professional work. To ensure this, regular team meetings are held to reflect on educational practices, plan upcoming activities, and address organizational matters.
We prioritize continuous training and development for our staff. In addition to mandatory training, all team members have the opportunity to participate in regular professional development sessions.
There is ongoing and intensive communication between the daycare provider and the pedagogical staff to ensure swift and situationally appropriate actions for the benefit of the children.
