Introduction/specifics

The Kleeblatt after-school care center looks after school children aged 6-11 years after school and during the vacations. The after-school care center has space for a total of 80 children and offers 12 integrative places. The children are cared for in four mixed-age groups. During the school vacations, the after-school care center offers a varied vacation program during opening hours from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.

Our after-school care center works according to a partially open concept. Each child has a fixed reference group and can move around the building independently during the course of the day. The premises are equally accessible to all children.

Rooms

In our after-school care center, each group has a group room, a homework room and an intensive room or play area.

The after-school care center also offers the children a painting area, a workroom, a therapy room and a multi-purpose area.

Outdoor Facilities

The outdoor area of the after-school care center offers a variety of play opportunities for the children.

There is a multi-purpose trough, a rope path for climbing, a nest swing and a free play and soccer pitch.

Food

Lunch is delivered fresh by OFW Catering. Salad, raw vegetables, fruit or a dessert are served daily in addition to the main meal. No pork is served in our facility. Light meals for allergy sufferers are offered by the caterer.

In the afternoon there are changing snacks. Fruit and drinks are available to the children throughout the day.

Our day nursery offers an atmosphere in which the children feel accepted and valued in their diversity. In order to make learning in the different areas of school, social and practical life as interesting and successful as possible, acceptance, tolerance, appreciation and co-determination as well as fun and ease are our top priorities.

The teachers see themselves first and foremost as companions and supporters of the children in these processes.
