The childcare services offered at the Brühlwiese children's center are designed for 70 children from one year of age until they start school. In two nursery groups and two kindergarten groups, the children experience a reliable community in which they learn, play, and grow with and from each other. The aim is to give each child enough time for their development.

The orientation plan for education and development in kindergartens in Baden-Württemberg forms the basis for our educational activities. The orientation plan is based on the two basic needs of personal responsibility and community skills and aims to provide holistic and multi-perspective education. That is why the following keywords are important at the Kinderhaus:

- Questions: What does the child need? What can the child do? What does the child want?

- Self-directed play in stimulating spaces

- Ability to act and cope with practical everyday life (independence)

- Situation-oriented work

- Relationship-based care

- Education for sustainable development ESD (environmental education and nature experiences)

U3 care (1 year to 3 years)
