With our kindergarten, we have created a place where children can grow with joy, peace and time, each at their own pace and accepted with all their strengths and characteristics. In our house, the teachers accompany the children to become free, thinking, independent, self-confident and lovable people. The children can experience, discover and learn whatever their own intuition sets them as a task.

For us as employees, it is important that parents have a feeling of security and that their children enjoy the best development opportunities here. Together with the children, we create a meeting place for all children, a place where they feel at ease and where we always have the children's well-being in mind.

One focus of our work is to promote social skills that enable the children to interact positively with each other, to understand and accept each other, to experience being different as an opportunity, to learn from each other and to grow together. Together with our children, we have created spaces where diverse, unusual, creative, lively and adventurous learning opportunities can take place.

The guiding principle of our work as educators is to accompany, support and encourage all children together.
