Basics

Open, peer-based work forms the basis for diverse educational work. We practice a trusting educational partnership with our children's parents "on equal terms."

Our optimistic, strengths-based approach to humankind enables us to work in a solution- and resource-oriented manner, even in difficult situations. Our facility is characterized by a family-like atmosphere.

For us, inclusion means that we respond to all children in their uniqueness and offer individualized programs and support. Children's participation is one of the most important building blocks of our work.

Our goal is for all children to acquire a language that is easily understood, have a sufficient vocabulary and be able to express themselves, as grammatically correctly as possible. Therefore, language support integrated into everyday life is one of our priorities.

The following aspects are an integral part of our on-site educational work:

  • Children's participation
  • Healthy and adequate nutrition
  • Natural play areas
  • Integrated language learning
  • Inclusion and shared education
  • Educational and parenting partnerships
  • Intercultural encounters
  • Active offers
  • Early musical education

Employee

Our facility employs 12 people.

  • Two directors
  • Five social work professionals, each with varying hours and specializations
  • One support worker
  • One team assistant
  • One housekeeper and one housekeeping assistant
  • An office worker and a caretaker work across all facilities.

We regularly offer internships for educators in different training years, for FOS (vocational school), FSJ (voluntary social year), and for student interns.

Quality Assurance

The provider's cross-institutional quality management system is implemented at our institution. We hold regular quality circle meetings.
