Education, upbringing and care in kindergarten - a task with a future

The municipality of Bempflingen is responsible for 4 daycare centers. The municipality of Bempflingen supports families in the education, upbringing and care of their children with a well-developed and flexible range of childcare services for children from the age of one. Different care models - from traditional kindergartens to children's houses with extended opening hours and all-day care as well as crèches - are designed to meet the individual needs of families. These childcare models are regularly developed further in a dialog between parents, the local council, specialists and the administration.

The Bempflingen Kindergarten Workshop (WKB) has been in existence since July 2003. The task of this working group is to address the future challenges facing the kindergartens and to submit proposals for solutions to the local council. The workshop meetings are open to the public.

We see ourselves as educational institutions that implement the legal mandate of care, upbringing and education, the Baden-Württemberg orientation plan and our guidelines with the help of the infans concept of early education. We accompany every single child on their individual learning path with the aim of supporting and challenging their educational processes, talents and resources at the highest possible level.

We create the framework for a culture of shared experience and growing into the community for the child's development into an independent and socially competent personality. Constructive cooperation with parents is important to us and of great significance for successful educational work.

There is a pedagogical concept for each facility, which is available in the kindergartens and in the crèche. The mission statement of the kindergartens and other information is available on the municipality's homepage.
