Welcome to the after-school care centre at Dr Gregor Mättig Primary School in Bautzen!

Our after-school care centre is a place where children can feel at home, learn and discover new things. We open our doors at 6 a.m. as part of our early morning care programme, offering children a calm and safe start to the day before school begins. After school, we offer children a reliable environment in which they can develop freely, play, cultivate friendships and further their interests.

In close cooperation with the school, we accompany children on their path to greater independence and support them individually – whether with homework, creative activities, exercise programmes or social interaction.

Respectful interaction, open communication and a warm atmosphere are important to us. We create an environment in which every child feels safe, seen and taken seriously.
